Interview with Mr. Kazemi, one of the exporters of Iranian pistachios to the Iranian Pistachio United States

We must first start from the point that what is the main problem of Iranian pistachio production?

In response to the question, Mr. Kazemi stated that the production of Iranian pistachios in the agricultural sector and also in the processing industries (cleaning, roasting and packaging) is in crisis. The source of these problems can be stated as the ignorance of farmers and producers.

Because now that we are in 2005 and the world has undergone many changes and transformations, we still use traditional farming techniques and pistachio production in Iran in a traditional way. Add other countries to our production and quality.
